I am receiving an error message at the Checkout stage saying 'Please validate your input'?  Back to top ↑

If you are seeing this error message, then you have not entered the card details correctly into the required fields. Please make sure that you enter;

1) Card Number (this is the long 16 digits displayed on the front of your bank card).

2) Valid thru (this is the expiry date displayed on the front of your bank card).

3) CVC / CVN (this is the last 3 digits on the back of your bank card).

If you are having difficulty in completing a successful transaction, then please make sure to check the following;

1) There are sufficient funds in your account.

2) The card you are using has not expired.

3) If your card has a 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode), please make sure you have entered the correct password when prompted.

Please note that for security reasons, if there are too many unsuccessful login attempts, the system suspends your login for a short period of time. If you then incorrectly enter your password again several times, the system locks your login. If you have forgotten the password, there will be the option to create a new password when you reach this stage.

Of course you could always try using a different card.  If you find that all of the above has been done to no success, you will need to contact your bank to see if there are any problems with your card.  If you are still having problems with payment, then please  Contact Us and we will do our best to help you.

‘Verified by VISA’ is a service to enhance your existing VISA credit card or debit card and gives you an additional layer of security that protects you against unauthorised use of your card when you shop at participating online retailers. We take fraud very serious here at ThePopperShop, that is why we have enrolled onto the Verified by VISA scheme to help combat against fraudulent transactions. This service is provided by your card issuing bank.

All transactions are 100% secure and are via 256bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption which means that there is a secure connection established between the web server (us) and the browser (you). This ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private from any unwelcome third parties. The green pad lock and https displayed in the address bar confirm that our whole website is SSL secure.

Please note that we do not store any card details, this is all done through our trusted payment provider who are PCI DSS Compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) so rest assured, all transactions are processed through a very secure environment.

 
Do I need to create an account to place an order?  Back to top ↑

No. It is not necessary to sign up to place orders. There is a ‘Checkout as Guest’ option available at the checkout stage. There are however several benefits to registering with us. Placing orders in the future will be much much quicker as your delivery addresses will be saved so you will not have to retype them in again. And you can add as many different addresses as you like. View your Order History and keep up to date with the progress of your current order. Place repeat orders within a matter of clicks!

 
I have created an account but I can not see my order?  Back to top ↑

Orders placed before creating an account with us will not appear in your Order History. Only orders placed after you sign up will show in your Order History.

 
I haven’t received an Order / Shipping Confirmation Email?  Back to top ↑

If you haven’t received any notification emails for your order, please check your Junk Folder. Also check your email filter settings and add us (admin(at)thepoppershop(dot)co(dot)uk) to your contact list if necessary to prevent emails sent from us landing in Junk. Please note that if you've entered your email address incorrectly at the checkout stage, then you will not receive any Confirmation Emails. Alternatively, you can always Contact Us, and we will email you a copy of the invoice if required.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched. All orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri is dispatched on the same day. For UK deliveries, the ETA (estimated time of arrival) provided by Royal Mail is 1-2 Working Days from the dispatch day. For European deliveries, the ETA is 3-5 Working Days. All orders received after 3pm Mon–Fri will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday are dispatched on Monday. Please note that during busy periods such as Bank Holiday, there can be unexpected delays and it may take a little longer than usual as postal services do not operate on these days. Please also note that where there is extreme whether, this will also cause delay to the delivery network. We kindly ask that you be patient and allow for a few days before notifying us of not receiving your order.

We kindly ask that you be patient and wait for a few days before contacting us if your order has not arrived within the 1-2 Working Days, as this is only an Estimated Time of Arrival provided by Royal Mail, it is not a guarantee. For urgent orders, we offer the Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Working Day (including Saturday) service.

Please note that we will not be held liable for any order being dispatched to incorrect delivery addresses provided to us by you. If you still haven’t received your order after some time, then please email us through the Contact Us page.

If you wish to cancel your order, then please notify us immediately so that we can try our best to prevent it from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, then you will have to wait for this to be delivered to you first in order to return this to us. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable and you will also be responsible for the return postage costs if you wish to send the order back to us.

We can not recommend personally what the strongest poppers are, but some of our most popular aromas are Potent Blue, Xtreme Power, Titus Extra Strong, Berlin XXX, Xtreme, Amsterdam Gold, English, and Liquid Gold.

No. Poppers have been officially reviewed by the ACMD (Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs) and as a result, they have been exempt from The Psychoactive Substances Act 2016.
